WHAT WE STAND FOR

Sustainable farmingand Skincare Production. The wayGrandmause to do it.

We don't make claims we can't back up. Solar-powered means solar-powered. Farm-made means farm-made. That's the bar.
Solar-Powered
Every kilowatt the farm runs on comes off our own array. Milking parlor, freeze-dryer, freezers, office, and kitchen. We only produce enough power for our farm.
Farm-Made
Goat milk skincare formulated and produced on-site. From the herd to the formula to the package.
State-Licensed
Illinois Limited Egg Producer-Dealer licensed. Dated cartons, state compliance, the whole thing. We take it seriously.
EXPLORE

Three doorsto the farm.

My grandma Della taught me to make soap when I was a little girl. She said take your time, measure honest, and don't rush what wants to set up slow. Nearly seven decades later, I'm still measuring with the same hands.

BONE + BEAR IS THE HOME OF THE GILDED GOAT

Two names,one farm.

Bone + Bear Farms is the farm. The Gilded Goat is the skincare + home line we built around what the herd + land gives us. Same pasture. Same goats. Same people.
COMING SOON

Farm visits are on the horizon.

Bone + Bear Farms is a working dairy first. Most days run on milkings, freeze-dryer cycles, market prep, and feed schedules. We're carving out the time and the infrastructure to host visitors well.

When we open the gate, you'll meet the herd, see the milking parlor, and watch a soaking stone bloom in a basin. There'll be a small seasonal calendar of farm-day events through the year. Details land as they firm up.

Q. When will the farm open?

We'd rather wait until we can host visitors well than open the gate before we're ready. The mailing list opens before the public announcement, so the fastest way to know is to sign up.
